On a side note, you shouldn’t buy that E90. The seller is a bit hostile.

I had that with my short musings about a Crosstrek XT ( https://oppositelock.kinja.com/subaru-needs-a-crosstrek-xt-1840114910 ). It’s weird.

It seems some of my E90 M3 posts get a lot of views, I wonder if this is why.

Weird, we must occasionally write the correct thing for the search algorithm .

Google knows me well, but also not well enough. This is good, but bad, but also good.

I had that happen once with my Kia article (lots of opinionated Kia owners = big views). Also, that whole BAT thread is hilarious.

The first and only time this has happened to me was when I googled “brown diesel rear wheel drive manual wagon” after making a post about one for sale.

I mean, I did publish it without proofreading, so that’s a good idea.

It’s pedant vs pedant, or 90% of the reason I read BaT these days.

For a long time I was on the first page of Google with a post I wrote titled “Here’s how to diagnose a boat that won’t start” after a Jalop article of a similar title (but car instead of boat). Thus, people would click on it while googling “boat wont start” from their cell phones while stranded adrift in their boats. I get comments like “I just bought this boat and it ran great the first time we took it out, now it died and won’t start HALP”
*Just checked, it’s still #3 for me, but that means very little because google.

I clicked on a YouTube URL last night and when the tab opened, I was logged in by my original You
Tube account.
The account that I created before google bought YouTube. The account Google was trying to merge with any personal email account for close to a year. The account that turned into a G+ account, but I could no longer log into. I had since created another account, and re-uploaded the stuff I still
wanted to share.
My browser had the saved login, but the credentials
didn’t work. .......
but somehow I was logged in last night.
I could edit, upload, and delete content, so
I deleted all the shit I didn’t want, and downloaded the stuff I wanted.
Weird.

I know. I logged out of the account, then tried to log back on with the cashed credentials I had, but nothing.
It was a gift.
